This is the wrap-around cover for the novel Hamlet Dreams by Jennifer Barlow, just published shortly by Aardwolf Press.

The novel is about a man named Zac who is constantly, unhappily being sucked into this dreamworld.  There a temptress tries to seduce him, while he tries to remain faithful to his girlfriend in the real world.  The girlfriend, in turn, becomes the object of desire of another man, while Zac is helpless, coma-like in his dreamstate.
